As a criminal defense attorney it is my job to protect people accused of criminal offenses from overzealous prosecution while securing acquittals, deferred sentences, and minimizing sentences in cases involving plea-bargains and convictions.

Typically, once you have been arrested the state considers you guilty and they have vast resources available to prove their case. I limit the number of cases I handle so I can concentrate my time and resources on achieving quality outcomes for my clients.

Many people facing criminal charges should not be charged with felonies involving significant fines and jail time. And many others who commit mere minor offenses are charged with felonies.
